Stay Fit With Daily Breakfast

Perhaps, this sounds strange and astonishing to all of you that what I am going to write down about. Well, if so, then you are not alone in this world but accompanied be me as well. But sometimes we think we should express what we think without thinking about the consequences. But here, I am going to write all about an apple and a glass of milk. First, let me tell you one thing, that our body is a very adoptive gudget to our habbits. As we all know, a wrestler, model, student, farmer.. all have different habbits so do their bodies as well. And in some ways, this is not a good thing at all. Like a person have no breakfast in the morning never feel hungry at that time. So he/she may never think of it. But here, it is a mistake, you kow what?... Our nervous system/ blood circulation and cell divisions, all these activities are independent of our habbits. And to make them work perfectly, we need a good diet. It is not about you are hungry or not, it's about your nervous system and make the rest of the day active. It’s important to distinguish, however, between the benefits of eating breakfast and those related to what we eat for breakfast. Eating breakfast shows up consistently among the habits of people who have lost weight and maintained their loss. Although it might seem that skipping breakfast would make weight control easier, studies suggest that eating breakfast may help reduce calorie intake later in the day. People who skip or eat an inadequate breakfast may find midmorning a time they are likely to eat high calorie foods. They may also get extremely hungry at lunch and overeat. Studies of binge eating consistently link it with a pattern of eating little in the morning and large amounts near the end of the day. And most research associating breakfast with mental acuity and emotional well-being has focused on youth. Studies have found that children and adolescents who eat breakfast show improved memory and test grades. The relatively few studies of adults show more mixed results. These studies suggest breakfast brings benefits in memory, energy level and mood. And I think if you like, then just an apple and a glass of milk is not a bad option at all.

So I think you need a good breakfast daily. All stuffs are a side and take a good care of yourself is aside.

Perfectionism

This is undoubtedly one of the most intrigue topic I have come across so far. Today, if you are haunting for a new job, you must be perfect candidate for this so that you can left them with no other option but to pick you out. You must be a perfect spouse to your spouse at home. You must be perfect son/daughter/parents/sibling and a perfect student in your adademic career. And more interestingly, the definition of "perfect" also changes everywhere. If you are a perfect hasband/wife, then you must keep your spouse happy everytime. Get her every wish done. And this may ruin your career life somewhere else. In most of Saas bahu tv serials (which I hated to a great extent), a very interesting facts is usually seen. There is a family whose turn over is in tens of millions a year. Quite impressive!!.. but none of the time, they do anything for there business, but just doing there family dramas. I wonder if Bill Gates could have such a wonderful life where no work is done but you are still getting buffs.

Anyways, leave these stories a side. We must always remeber that we should never ignore the uniqueness of life. And in that uniqueness, there is a common factor, nothing is perfect. We always have to update ourselves with time to time and not even time is perfect (As per I firmly believe in Theory of Relativity).

Another difficultivity with being a perfect is that it is absolutely a moving target. You ight never achieve it. Even some philosophers (you might be one of them) stated that "Only God is perfect". And here I have two reasons to not believe this. First, I am atheist. Second, let me be wrong, God exists, but if He is perfect, then why everything He/She/It made so far is imperfect. Why nature always likes changes in itself. Human Being from homo sapiens might be a long story to tell, but prove itself that nature needed so many modifications to make a homo sapiens more perfect. And that's is well enough to say that not even God is perfect. Otherwise there would have never been any disasterous event occurred in our life. And everything is about life and death, no unnatural deaths would have been occurred.

In todays world, It is undeniable that we need to keep ourself update as much as possible, but not perfect. Being perfect might make you hungry, and in some ways, being hungry about anything may strengthen your desire to get your target. And according to Poulo Coelho - " When you truly desire something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it". Remember, there is a word can easily be avoided.. "truly". And this might be true for some extent. But our definition has also been changed here. Perfect. being perfect means never stop desiring. Desire more, and more. And let the universe conspire to fulfill it. And here, desire becomes somewhat different from persist. You only think about what you desire and nothing else might prove Poulo wrong, just as Quantum Physics can get Classical mechanics wrong at atomic scale. Here Buddha's theory must work - "All suffering is born of desire".

So we must distinguish applicability of these two facts.

Desire can be helpful to some levels, but if it extends, then know one knows what it may followed by.
And thus, perfectinsm is also the mean hindrance to invent new activities and we must focus on discovering some new qualities and talents in ourself instead of being perfect. We are lucky to born in a universe where we are still struggling to figure out the laws of nature.
Thanks..

Welcome You All

Well. First of all, I would like to welcome you all here in my personal corner and thanks to all for making out some moments for this site. Here I will try to my best to get you a new outlook about things all around us. Your comments are like feedback to us and criticizing comments are highly welcome. My main interests is computer, science and technology. So more than often I would be preoccupied with sci-fi articles.. and sometimes related to universe. But I would also like to pay some attention on hidden factors of my life (which I usually referred to as "dark sides of my life") and latest new experiences.

As a profession.. I am a computer engineering student. And there is only one truth associated with me now.
Either I am taught, or I teach.

Thanks a lot...
